Please be advised, that when a tenant moves out of your property serviced by Niagara Peninsula Energy Inc. (NPEI), we require immediate notification of this change. If the new tenant does not contact our office to arrange for the move in and pay a potential security deposit, then it is up to you to make NPEI aware of the change in occupancy status.
